The Taxation Task Force in two earlier meetings addressed various French and US tax issues arising when executives moving between France and the US receive part of their remuneration in the form of stock incentive plans. Stock options continue to be a concern for persons working for AmCham members as well as other major multinational corporations. In response to requests received, the Chairman of the Taxation Task Force of the American Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to another follow-up breakfast roundtable specifically addressing the remuneration of executives with stock options.
