Marketing Partnership

AmCham France offers members an extraordinary platform for presenting your company's products and services. In addition to your own clients, we can invite the 2000 individuals listed by our members in our data base, as well as hundreds of other contacts in the media and partner organizations.

AmCham France offers you assistance in many phases of organizing an event, be it marketing, catering, and venue arrangements. In each of these areas you benefit from our large network and well-known brand name. The cooperation between AmCham France and our event partners is as follows:

Role of AmCham France

1. Organize seminar topics, partner organizations, and speakers.
2. Format the invitations and event program.
3. Send e-mail and/or hard copy invitations to the 2000 contacts in the AmCham data base.
4. Produce acceptance lists and register the participants.
5. Reserve rooms and contract caterers. AmCham France members may use the AmCham reception rooms free of charge, depending on their membership category.
6. Collect, print, and distribute seminar handouts
7. Handle all event organization on the day of event.

Role of Seminar Cooperation Partners

1. Formulate seminar topics of current interest that can attract at least 20 people.
2. Organize in-house speakers and individual presentations.
3. Deliver all seminar presentations to be included in handout to AmCham.
4. Assist in advertising of the seminar to clients and interested parties

General Policies

1. AmCham France events are contracted. The partner or purchaser contributes a basic fee to cover the event’s costs associated with organizing and carrying out the seminar. Part or all of this is charged in advance. The amount will be determined according to the required AmCham France services and events criteria. The participants may pay an entrance fee to cover the expenses. Should not enough people sign up to cover costs, the partner will cover the deficit.
2. AmCham does not pay an honorarium or cover the travel costs of participating speakers.
3. The event partner may cancel the event. However, the prepayment, which covers organizational and marketing costs as well as the use of the AmCham network and brand name,
cannot be refunded.
4. The event’s format will be adjusted according to the event partner’s needs.

Formats

- Business breakfast, round table, lunch, dinner, or briefing (1 - 3 hours)
- Afternoon/evening briefing with networking cocktail (2 - 4 hours)
- Business forum/conference (half day or full day)

Events are custom-designed and flexibly adjusted to the requirements of the partner. Expenses for outside room rentals and catering - when necessary - are generally covered by the partner. Some may be covered by admission fees.
