    Sales Pipeline Management
    Building robust sales funnels to maximize results is a key concern for marketing, sales, finance, and manufacturing. Why then, are most sales organizations poor at sales forecasting? This course delivers tools for better sales forecasting and better performance for sales forces.

    TRAINER

    Bradley STOCK, Coral Sea Ventures sales accelerators, Founder & Associate. With more than twenty years of entrepreneurial experience in France, Bradley Stock has successfully founded, developed and sold three businesses.Brad is currently involved in consulting and sales training and has initiated a start-up in the field of IT. Brad has done sales training in France, Ireland and Great Britain for companies such as Dell, Sony and Amec Spie.

    TRAINING CONTENT
    This education program takes a new look at sales pipelines. It discards the traditional approach of sales forecasting used by most CRM packages on the market, which are based on probabilities of success. It provides tools for individual sales reps so that they can improve their individual performance and works on the principle that if the individual wins, the company wins.  These tools and methodologies have been tried and proven by both SME’s and Fortune 500 companies.

    OBJECTIVES
    Participants will be capable of: Understanding how to build up a more robust sales funnel and pipeline; Improving sales performance and delivering accurate sales forecasts quarter after quarter.
    PREREQUISITES
    Participants need an operational level of business English. A software package is used in the training so participants must come equipped with a laptop computer.

    WHO SHOULD ATTEND
    This program is intended for sales managers who want accurate sales forecasts and simple and effective tools to coach their sales staff. It is also intended for all sales reps who are interested in maximizing their commissions, delivering accurate forecasting and improving their account management. This training course may be included in your Annual Training Plan Budget. A single-user license of the pipeline management software is given to each participant.
