    Self-Coaching through Reflection & Writing
Your Personal Leadership Style –  Authenticity & Vulnerability in the Multi-Cultural Workplace

The American Chamber of Commerce - France and Jane Mobille invite you to reflect on your life’s most powerful learning experiences and use them to get in touch with your essential self through creative, written self-expression.

Why write? Writing generates reflection. Jane’s approach is highly interactive, collaborative and task-based, utilizing a unique mix of process writing, communicative learning and coaching techniques to create a safe and inspiring environment for personal growth.
The workshop will be structured around reflective and written exploration of two different questions:

    1. What is one of your most difficult managerial challenges in the multi-cultural professional setting?
    2. When do you compromise your personal values in the multi-cultural workplace?
Regardless of whether your perspective is one of outsider or member of the dominant culture, your answers will shed light on your authenticity in the multi-cultural workplace
