• Reception for AmCham EU delegation coordinating French EU presidency policy

    Come meet and exchange views with a delegation of over 20 AmCham EU members and staff who are in Paris to lobby the French government on its policy priorities for the upcoming French presidency of the European Union.  This is your chance to have direct policy input, not only for France but for the EU.

    AmCham EU, one of the most powerful lobbying organizations in Brussels, takes the lead for all EU member country AmChams in presenting US private sector priorities to officials from the countries taking over the EU presidency.  The delegation will have met with Jean-David Levitte, Laurence Parisot, Herve Novelli, and cabinet directors of the Prime Minister and the Ministers of Consumer Affairs, Economy and Finance, Ecology and Sustainable Development, Agriculture, Transport and Foreign Affairs.

    The delegation includes senior Brussels-based executives and lobbyists from the following companies:   Caterpillar, ExxonMobil, Time Warner, JPMorgan, Nike, UTC, Accenture, Monsanto, Qualcomm, Alcoa, Amway, Lyondell, EPPA and Honeywell.  They represent the AmCham EU Committees (Task Forces) on Digital Economy, Agriculture, Environment, Competition Policy, Customs and Trade, Finance, IPR and more.
