  • Reception at the residence of Christopher Egan, US Ambassador to the OECD

    Come join Ambassador Christopher Egan for a cocktail reception at his residence 12, rue Weber, 75116 Paris at 18:30 on May 27.  Ambassador Egan and his staff will brief guests on the June 3 OECD conference on climate change and other OECD initiatives of interest to the private sector.  This is a President’s Council priority event limited to 30 guests on a first come basis.

    Christopher Egan is US Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the OECD since October 2007.  Prior to his appointment, he was active in the private sector, founding Carruth Capital, one of New England's top ten commercial real estate investment and development firms.  Mr. Egan was also a board member of the Massachusetts finance and development authority, which provides customized financing and real estate solutions to help businesses, nonprofits, developers, and communities to create jobs, housing and economic development.  He has also been very active in community, local government and charitable activities, serving on numerous boards and councils.   Mr. Egan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and a Masters degree in Public Administration, from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
