    Roselyn S. Sands is the leader of the French and EMEIA labor & employment law practice for Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats where she has been a partner for over 10 years. Roselyn has significant cross-border experience on both side of the Atlantic on HR/employment issues, particularly mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, post-transaction integration, global restructuring, SOX compliance, works councils, employee privacy issues and, more generally, managing the day-to-day workplace.
    An American and French national born in Havana, Cuba, Roselyn is fluent in English, French and Spanish. She is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, Florida and California (inactive), and Paris/Hauts de Seine Bar.

    Marc Gosselin is an HR professional with an extensive experience in the communication industry (Verizon, Thomson Multimedia, Netgem). Marc started his career as HR Consultant in large consulting firms and was the Head of Recruiting Department at Altran.
