Prospects for the hospitality, travel and tourism industry during the recession:  new models, incentives and activities?

    Thursday, March 26, 2009 18:30 – 20:30 p.m. (followed by a networking cocktail) at AmCham France, 156 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris
Come to this first event of the new AmCham Hospitality and Travel Task Force.
The hospitality, travel and tourism sectors are suffering dramatically from reduced spending on business and leisure travel, affecting AmCham members in the sector and entire regions of France.  What are the solutions?  Should governments put in place new incentives, are there creative new marketing models, and what are the prospects for the rest of 2009 and 2010.
Our expert panellists from the hotel, travel and tourism sectors will discuss these issues and be prepared to answer questions from the audience.
The event will be followed by a Hospitality and Travel networking cocktail.
    Speakers:
Rupprecht Queitsch, Managing Director Marriott International, France
Pascal Jungfer, Vice President, Solutions Group, Carlson Wagonlit Travel
Eric Meyer, Regional Marketing Manager, Sabre Airline Solutions
Paul Roll, Managing Director, Paris Tourist Office
