NEGOTIATING M&A DEALS ACROSS CULTURES – MAKING THE MOST OF CULTURAL DIFFERENCES

PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH THOSE IN YOUR COMPANY WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED

Thinking of the last time you handled negotiations in the context of a cross-border acquisition, an international joint-venture, or a similar international business transaction, ask yourself:

How did your and your counterparty’s cultural behaviors, values, and beliefs affect your respective negotiation styles?
How might their or your cultural orientations lead to misunderstanding and potentially derail negotiations?
What could you do to make the most of cultural differences during the due diligence process?
Join us and find out what you need to take into consideration when handling deals across cultures.
Upon registration, you will receive a link to an online questionnaire to be completed on an optional basis. Maureen Rabotin and Philippe Rosinski will provide to the persons who complete the questionnaire with a “Cultural Orientations Framework Assessment”  at the end of the event. Each participant will receive a signed copy of Coaching Across Cultures, by Philippe Rosinski.
The interactive presentation will take place at AmCham France, 77 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris, Metro line 13, Miromesnil.
We look forward to seeing you!
