    For those who have started a business or are contemplating starting a business, this seminar will help you to better understand the legal issues of operating a business in France.

    • Employment: Hiring and firing your first employee (and other employment matters)
    • Intellectual Property Issues: If, when and how you can protect your company name, logo
      or other IP
    • Contracts: use of contracts, enforcement and termination of contracts. Criminal issues in corporate law.
    • Tax Issues: What taxes apply to your company? What is important to know about these
      taxes?

    The seminar will be followed by a networking cocktail.
