    HBA (Healthcare Business women Association) Europe – France Invites you to the “Change Management Program, which includes a series of 3 events.

    Event Details
    Organizational change is a structured approach in an organization for ensuring that changes are smoothly
    and successfully implemented, and that the lasting benefits of change are achieved. With the business
    environment experiencing so much change, organizations must then learn to become comfortable with
    change as well. Therefore, the ability to manage and adapt to organizational change is an essential ability
    required in the workplace today.

    This year HBA France annual Program “Change Management” provides you with a series of 3 networking
    events that gives a structured approach and set of tools for understanding, evaluating and managing
    changes.
    The Change management Program, includes a 3 learning modules:
    Event 1: Organizational changes – May 23rd 2013
    Event 2: Team changes – September 26th 2013
    Event 3: Individual changes – November 28th 2013

    For the Second Event, HBA Europe chapter presents:
    Smooth sailing: “Creating a Change Management Team to Help Navigate the Waters of
    Change”
    An expert pannel: Céline Hubert (Operational Director at French Rare Diseases Foundation), Roberta
    D'Amore (VP and General Manager Zoetis France) and Didier Desert (Partner at EY)
    will present real stories to learn more about how to manage teams when companies face big changes.
    Change is never easy and managing the constantly changing processes in a business can feel like
    navigating a sailboat through rough waters. However, there is hope. With the right team and the right
    tools, companies can sail through changes with ease.
    This event will enable you to learn from the experts the critical success factors which can be used to
    help put together the best change management team for any project.
    Presentations will be held in French.

    1. Are organization recognizing soft changes (culture, gender, age,etc) in the broader business
    environment?
    2. Which team for what project? Choosing your Team: considering leadership and personality styles
    3. Develop, Train and Monitoring is key to succeed while navigate the waters of change
