Creating "Great Places to Work" an Anglo-Saxon model
Presented by Mark Catchlove of Herman Miller U.K.
This seminar will help you understand what constitutes a "Great Place to Work" environment. Topics include the generational issues in the workplace, from fostering harmony among the "veterans" and "baby boomers" (the 45-60 year olds) and  the "millennials (those under 26), to creating spaces to encourage creativity, communication, contemplation and relaxation.  We will look at examples of some of the means to create these spaces --  from blackberries, telephones, wifi, to furniture and interior architecture.

Tuesday 7th April, at 10.30 at AmCham member Majorelle 54, Rue Lafitte 75009 PARIS
