    BIOGRAPHY

    Renaud LASSUS is currently Minister Counselor for Economic Affairs at the French Embassy since October 2015. From 2012 to 2015, he was in charge of European Affairs and Macroeconomic policies at the French Treasury. Before that, he was France’s Representative at the EU “Trade policy Committee” established by the EU treaty to sets up the European trade policy. He was deputy General secretary of the Treasury (2005/2007). From 2000 to 2004 he was posted in Washington DC on behalf of the European Commission Delegation in the US. He is a former graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris.
