• Achieving Business Success Through Gender-Balanced Executive Teams: A Transatlantic View

    The honorable Ms. Fabienne Keller, keynote speaker and prominent French Senator for the Bas-Rhin, will host this year's event.

    With a view to bridging the cultural divide between US and French business practices, a distinguished panel of senior leaders from global businesses will share their experience in effective and innovative management of a gender balanced talent pipeline in France.The discussion will include a comparison of the legislative context in the US and in France, along with a presentation of results from a survey conducted by Deloitte with AmCham members gauging perspectives of senior executives on both sides of the Atlantic.

    This year’s annual event looks to share best practices of its member companies and other major international French corporations that have embraced the need for gender balanced executive teams to secure the future success of their business. We will discuss the issues of: why is Gender Balance at the Executive Committee level key to the future success of businesses in France in tough economic times ? How can corporations effectively manage their talent pipeline ?
